Integration Starts With Words Spoken & Heard

Every month, I host online community calls that are FREE.

I offer these circles specifically to women who are processing a birth that ended in a painful way.

Whether the pain is physical, emotional and/or spiritual.

Every First Saturdays 6pm CET

Come as you are, messy and raw.

Mama bun, leaky breasts - all welcome.

You will NOT be given advice.

No judgements, no agenda.

Every woman willing to share will have 10/15 minutes to speak.

There is no expectation for you to share, you can join and simply witness.

By speaking you will be able to start your integration process.

You will be witnessed in sharing your story.

You will hear other women in their process.

Healing in sisterhood.

** You will need to be on camera.

This Is For You Who:

  • Had a home-birth transfer

  • Had an unexpected surgery

  • Had interventions you regret

  • Had something occur that didn't feel good:

    • the unwanted cervical checks

    • the provider who changed their way of supporting during labour

    • the nurse telling you to be less loud

    • the constant fearmongering

    • the ‘dead baby’ card was played to coerce you

    • the constant pushing for more drugs

    • the 'stalled labour' mention when you just needed rest

    • the shot of Pitocin after birth even though you said NO
